Trusting someone with your child matters. Here is a little about who I am and how I teach.
I am a qualified primary school teacher with experience teaching across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. I have taught in Year 2 and in a mixed Year 4/5 class, giving me a strong understanding of how children develop as learners throughout primary school.
I offer friendly, personalised online tutoring for primary-aged children across all primary subjects, with a particular focus on English, Maths, confidence building and SEND support.
My teaching style is calm, encouraging and supportive. I believe children learn best when they feel safe, successful and understood. Many children struggle not because they cannot learn, but because they have lost confidence, need ideas explained in a different way, or require more time and encouragement.
I have experience supporting children with a range of needs, including children who require extra scaffolding, adapted resources, clear routines and patient adult support. I aim to make every session positive, purposeful and matched to the individual child.
